The Brief

To generate mass awareness for the Nick-Fest by ensuring the event was in seen in all the right places. PR was also used as a tool to generate ticket sales. Capacity Relations looked after the “orange carpet” and ensured the relevant media and influencers attended the event and generated post-event FOMO in the media space and on social media.

The Solution

Capacity Relations sent out creative and fun media packs for parents and kids to have fun with, to provoke and get them to indulge in the fun that is Nick-Fest, ultimately teasing them to purchase tickets to the festival. An advocacy strategy was formulated with celebrity moms and dads who attended the festival and showcased just how much those who couldn’t make it were missing out on. Capacity Relations achieved a massive amount of attention through relevant coverage and outstanding attendance with Total PR Value of R 32 058 985.76.
